I did this as well. Although I wish I did it more often. This has helped me in many of my classes and at work as well.

You can try converting the file from a PDF to a .docx file and do that for free but this idea sounds fantastic, Ill need to try it for the next exam.

This I believe is the major similarity in both fisheries. To make accurate decisions about how to manage a fishery you must have accurate data

I believe that this is very well written contrast and compare of the Pollock and the Cod, it hit on what I believe to be the major points.

I agree, too long has the tourist industry gotten away with a full disregard of the rules because of tourists. This needs to stop and have the natural habitats be the main concern.

This idea isn’t bad. Even though there are problems with trying to enforce it though and don’t forget that as long as people are willing to pay laws take a back seat.

Your definition was clear and concise. I also enjoyed your method to stop looking at the baselines, this would hopefully yield good results.

This is quite a good explanation of what shifting baselines is. Also your idea to educate people about this is a great idea, getting the word out to the general public is challenging but yields great results most times.

After seeing the argument you made I would have to switch over. None of these would make a good option, and would result in lots of failed attempts.

I also have to agree with this post that Atlantic salmon are a better choice overall and a more hardier choice aswell.

I agree that we do need to live in a way that the environment is able to catch up with what resources are being used. Just because we have a way to synthesize salmon doesn’t mean that is the best way to handle this issue

I agree with your definition about sustainability, but I feel that the only way aquaculture can be a long term fix is if it was closely monitored. Nonetheless, a solution must be found if we are to keep the wild salmon from disappearing entirely.
