Im an employee for fairbanks fish and game and have one semester of applied fisheries knowledge. Having Trent Sutton help clarify some ocean specific topics last spring. But other than that my field and larger knowledge is plant based untell I can spend more time devoted to this field. Other than that I would say because of a global fishing rate of 60% of global repopulated fish per restocking. This puts fish at a neutral or in a position where minor failures can reduce stock numbers or the opposite rate numbers to high where there’s a reduction of food for next seasons growth. All and all I would give the worlds state at a 4 with great room for improvement or failure.
